The Duny Group is a collection of companies that specialize in the manufacture of precision custom components. The three divisions of The Duny Group include Duny Machine, Rudy’s Machine, and Herculock.
Duny Machine has specialized in the production of precision parts for more than 50 years. Using more than 50 automatic screw machines, we can accommodate customer specifications for nearly any size and tolerance.
Capabilities
Oftentimes it isn’t practical for OEMs to manufacture all of the precision components necessary for their assemblies directly. Manufacturers come to Duny Machine with specifications or prints of their desired part and we produce components that meet or exceed their expectations. Our capabilities include:
- Machining capacity: Lengths from 1.5″ to 48″; diameters up to 2.25″

An integral part of our capacity to serve our clients includes design and engineering capabilities used to enhance component performance and longevity, which meet or exceed client objectives. In addition to our capacity to meet high volume demand, we have the capabilities to combine multiple pieces into a single product, saving assembly time for our clients.
Duny Machine utilizes high-level knowledge and experience in quality control and inspection of the parts we manufacture, meeting or exceeding TS16949 certification standards.
Our Equipment and Process
We fabricate all tooling in-house, enabling us to provide uninterrupted and efficient production of precision parts. Our fleet of more than 50 screw machines allow us to accommodate production volumes ranging from one to 1 million. Our equipment includes the following types of screw machines:

Our production floor also features a Brother CNC production dual pallet milling machine and a Hardinge CNC machine with live tooling. We also work with a variety of materials, including all common steels, stainless steels, and alloys.
